Required Skills
  1. Must possess a bachelor's degree and 2 years of office experience or Preferably 1 year previous Volunteer Coordination or related field experience. 
  2. Must be extremely organized with an impeccable attention to detail, accuracy and able to meet deadlines
  3. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English clearly, concisely, and fluently 
  4. Excellent keyboard, data entry and outstanding telephone etiquette skills
  5. Ability to work independently and be self-directed/motivated
HPI is seeking a volunteer coordinator in Cameroon, Nigeria, Thailand and India
Essential Duties
  1. The Coordinator is responsible for the overall functioning and daily operations of HPI in their assigned regions
  2. Prepare data entry on a weekly basis, documentation of all individual, institutional advocacy, information and referral and professional training activities provided to the local community by HPI.
  3. Participate in designated staff meetings with the regional director and other organizational staffs and submit a report to global HPI Director on a monthly basis.
  4. Responsible for receiving,documenting and submitting for data entry and case record request made by locales of their assigned regions  and submitting the respect request to the global headquarters.
  5. Schedule and attend monthly international training program staff meetings and weekly training classes.
